O meu trabalho, nos últimos anos, centrou-se sobretudo no estudo arqueológico do "Palácio de Apriés", em Mênfis, no Egipto, projecto que dirigi entre 2000 e 2010. Paralelamente, e como consequência desta investigação, fui desenvolvendo pesquisas em áreas como:
- a Época Baixa, no Antigo Egipto
- a cidade de Mênfis
- o Mundo Mediterrâneo
Neste momento, o meu foco reencaminha-se para as minhas pesquisas originais:
- o homem e o divino no Antigo Egipto
- o rei e os deuses no Antigo Egipto
- a importância da palavra: os diferentes registos (Antigo Egipto)
My work in the last few years focused mainly in the archaeological study of the "Palace of Apries" in Memphis, Egypt, a project that I directed between 2000 and 2010. In parallel, and as a result of this investigation, I have developed researches in areas such as :
- Ancient Egypt Late Period
- The city of Memphis
- The Mediterranean world
At this moment, my focus is towards my original researches:
- The man and the divine in Ancient Egypt
- The king and the gods in Ancient Egypt
- The importance of the word: the different registers (Ancient Egypt)
